Southern Bear is a holding company focused on acquiring companies within the support services, engineering and industrial sectors within the UK and Europe.

Our investment strategy is to acquire companies with turnover of up to £10 million within the support services, engineering and industrial sectors within the UK and Europe.  Typically, we seek businesses with a strong second tier management where the owners are seeking an exit. 

Each of our operating subsidiaries is run independently however they benefit from the financial strength of being part of a larger, quoted group with a highly experienced Board.
