Southern Bear is a holding company focused on acquiring companies within the Support Services sectors within the UK.

Our investment strategy is to acquire companies with turnover of up to £10 million within the UK's Support Services sectors. Typically, we seek businesses with a strong second tier management where the owners are seeking an exit. 

Each of our operating subsidiaries is run independently however they benefit from the financial strength of being part of a larger, quoted group with a highly experienced Board.
