About Southern Bear plc

Southern Bear plc’s is a holding company focusing on investments in the support services, industrial and engineering sectors of the UK and Europe. Its has three main operating subsidiaries, BGC, Fenhams and IPCL.

The first step towards this aim was made in November/December 2006 with the acquisition of Tarvail Limited, a manufacturer and installer of specialist pipework systems, mainly for the pharmaceutical and refrigeration industries. Tarvail is no longer part of the Southern Bear Group.

Southern Bear is actively looking to acquire companies with sales of between £1m and £10 million which are profitable and cash generative.
